It is incredible how one small idea can grow into something truly special. Alliance for Community Empowerment is rooted in the belief that we all have an inherent responsibility to make a meaningful difference in our communities. Started by three friends, Alliance has addressed the challenges faced in high-needs and impoverished areas, assist those impacted by domestic violence, and better support those in need. Since our founding, we have been proud to witness how our activities have benefitted our community and beyond. With a variety of active projects, we harness our skills and resources to successfully achieve our goals. We inspire hope, cultivate community resources, and provide effective services that empower communities to thrive and achieve life-long change. Strengthening and building community is our cause. While we may not be the panacea for the world's problems, we strive to do our best. We are fortunate to have volunteers and staff from all walks of life who bring their unique expertise and resources into everything we do. This is what enables us to achieve our goals year after year. While there is always more that can be done, there is no doubt that we are making a significant impact. We don’t measure our success through just facts and figures, but through happy faces and heartwarming feedback.
